Cooperative Business Assistance Corporation has entered into agreements with some of its partner organizations to help promote its U.S. SBA Microloan program and its other loan programs to small businesses in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. Cumberland Development Corporation is assisting CBAC with marketing and business development for the loan programs in Cumberland and Salem Counties.
