This draft is subject to modification as it is considered by and voted upon by the Study Steering Committee, the Municipal governing bodies and the County.  That process began in 2005 and into 2006. In 2006, the NJ Office of Smart Growth reviewed the plan and required changes to make it acceptable for submission to the State for endorsement.  The State provided a $50,000 grant to amend and submit the plan for review and approval.  That work is scheduled to begin in Summer 2008, with a six-month schedule for completion.
